Tuition/Preparation fee is non- refundable after the commencement of classes. The amount paid for the purchase of any resource material (e-book/Online material/Mock exam) is non-refundable.
Examination fee is non-refundable after the exam registration deadline/booking confirmation/ issuance of exam voucher codes.
PTE Pakistan has the right to change/ cancel the exam/ course fee without prior notice.
Classes will not be rescheduled owing to the non-availability of student.
If the instructor is unavailable or unable to conduct the session for any reason, the missed class will be rescheduled based on the student's availability.
Students must join the session on time to avoid missing important content. If the student does not join the online class within 10 minutes of its start, the instructor will close the session.
If student is unable to attend the session, inform the instructor at least 24 hours in advance.
Recording, sharing, or distributing session content is strictly prohibited.
Study materials provided are for personal use only and should not be shared.
